Kalmar Heavy Terminal Tractors fitted with a Cummins engine are certified to use HVO100 fuel which can reduce your carbon emission by up to 90%. If you own an older certified machine, you just need to discuss with your local Kalmar support team if your equipment needs a minor upgrade or if it is ready to start using HVO100 straight away.

Es gibt drei große und viele kleine Unterschiede, die unsere neue Generation elektrisch angetriebener Terminaltraktoren zu den Besten machen. Sie profitieren von:
Ladezeit halbiert. Unsere erste große Änderung war die Integration eines DC-Schnellladesystems, mit dem wir die Ladezeit halbieren konnten.
Kein Getriebe mehr. Zweitens haben wir das Getriebe vom Antriebsstrang entfernt und auf eine Direktantriebslösung umgestellt, bei der der Elektromotor die Antriebsachse antreibt, wodurch die Komplexität des Antriebsstrangs reduziert wird.
Fähigkeit, bei extremen Temperaturen zu arbeiten. Drittens haben wir ein aktives Thermomanagement-System eingebaut, das es Ihrem elektrischen Terminaltraktor ermöglicht, bei extremen Temperaturen optimal mit voller Leistung zu arbeiten.

Sie können Ihre CO2-Emissionen noch weiter reduzieren, indem Sie, sofern verfügbar, grüne Energiequellen nutzen oder beginnen, Ihren eigenen Strom zu erzeugen und zu nutzen. Beinhaltet die Garantie auch Batterien und Ladegeräte?
Alle elektrisch angetriebenen Terminaltraktoren von Kalmar Ottawa werden mit einer Standardgarantie von 2 Jahren/6000 Stunden und einer 7 Jahre/1000 Stunden-Garantie für den Rahmen geliefert. Ladelösungen sind 2 Jahre und Batterien bis zu 5 Jahre abgesichert. Kalmar bietet auch ein umfassendes Angebot an Servicepaketen und Originalteilen, damit Ihr Terminaltraktor optimal funktioniert, Ausfallzeiten minimiert und die Verfügbarkeit maximiert wird.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen einem Terminaltraktor, Yard Truck, Shunt Truck oder RoRo-Traktor?
Yard Trucks, Shunt Trucks, RoRo-Traktoren und Terminaltraktoren sind genau die gleichen Maschinen, die für den Güterumschlag auf Fährterminals (RoRo), Häfen und Terminals sowie in Industrieanlagen verwendet werden.
