How to handle the orders during the transition

We are starting to deliver orders via new channels In June 2025. You will receive a PDF Purchase Order as previously and a notification that the order is now also available in our new Supplier Portal.

  • If you are using the new portal, you can now proceed the Order Confirmations, the Advance Shipping Notices and Change Requests for the new orders via the new portal.
  • If you are processing only the PDF Purchase Orders, you can either confirm the order by clicking the link in the PDF or request changes in the Supplier Portal

We are not moving any open orders to the new portal, but you can still confirm them in the old portal until end of August  2025.

Make sure that you confirm all orders in time as you are no longer able to access the old portal after the end of August 2025!



Requirements for successful transition

  • Confirm the order as soon as possible. We are requesting the confirmation within 3 days after the Purchase Order delivery. 
  • If changes are needed, please contact us immediately, so that we can plan the delivery accordingly.
